We seek an Associate Licensed Clinician to join our team in Fayetteville, NC.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $44,800 to $77,300 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Obtains an associate level licensure of LCMHCA, LCSWA, or LMFTA
• At least one year of experience providing individual direct therapy in a clinical outpatient setting
• Can commute to the location in person
• Must be able to pass a drug and background screening upon hire

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Must be comfortable using computers - excel, outlook, Athena RMS
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and couples
