We seek case managers for positions in our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma location.

Compensation:

• The starting pay range for this position is $23.30 per hour. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, etc.

Requirements:

• Experience with case management or other mental health related experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related counseling field (Highly Preferred)
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
• Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
• Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Competent with a wide range of clinical requisitions
• Experience with children or adolescents
• Experience with couples or family counseling
• Experience with health psychology

Advanced Therapy Associates (ATA) is a premier mental health organization with 3 locations in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and Shawnee. ATA provides counseling along with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers such as nutritionists, occupational therapists, special education teachers, etc. What makes ATA different is that it was initially established in 2008 to create a collaborative team approach to behavioral health services for children with their pediatricians. The success of this model has grown into a team-centered approach to addressing behavioral and mental health for children, adolescents, and their families through school, childcare, and medical office referrals. Finally, ATA takes pride in the fact that they can hire candidates who are working towards licensure and develop them into well-rounded clinicians.
