We seek full-time Family Support and Visitation Specialists to service Douglas County and Dodge County.

Compensation:

  • The starting pay range for this position is $18.00 per hour. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, etc.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree with one year of experience in the Human Services Field
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Provide home-based services, education, and support to families.
  • Deliver parent coaching services and ensure a safe environment for the children.
  • Reliable vehicle and proof of liability insurance
  • Assist families with accessing community resources.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Delivering Parent Coach and Family Support Work services to families as assigned by supervisor
  • Producing a minimum of 15 face to face hours per week if part-time or produces a minimum of 30 face to face hours per week if full time
  • Deliver parent coaching services and ensure it is implemented
  • Providing transportation to clients as authorized and necessary
  • Scheduling sessions to meet the needs of the family
  • Assist families with household management and emotional/behavioral regulation
  • Implement and follow the IFP Intervention Plan written by a therapist
  • Follow mandatory reporting laws
  • Provide written or oral communication with the referral source consistently
  • Submit documentation within 24 hours of service
  • Turning in billing on a weekly basis to their direct supervisor by 11:59 PM on Sunday
