We are seeking a clinical director for a full-time position to oversee all Oakland Psychological locations.

Compensation:

  • The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

  • Must be a fully licensed therapist in Michigan
  • Must have 10 years of clinical experience
  • Must have three years in a leadership position or supervisory role

Responsibilities and Job Duties:

  • Available to the clinical staff to address issues and/or provide supervision and leadership
  • Facilitates monthly meetings
  • Oversee clinical services at all 8 Oakland Psychological locations
  • Participates in the interviewing and hiring process of clinical staff and support staff as needed
  • Supervises competency-based training of all clinical staff
  • Provides clinical/site orientation to new clinical staff members
  • Conducts clinical staff meetings
  • Develops long and short-term objectives with the Executive Committee to ensure facility programs are maintained and improved
  • Supervises day-to-day operations as required
  • Maintains a small caseload of clients
  • Works with the Executive committee to monitor, evaluate, and determine developmental opportunities;

Referrals are available for independent contractor therapists who seek to build a practice in a professional, multi-disciplinary setting. Clinicians with established caseloads and referral sources who can independently maintain their courses are eligible for highly competitive reimbursements and premium office space. Beautiful and flexible arrangements are available for individuals with substantial caseloads and referral sources. Employee arrangements are also available.
