We are currently seeking a licensed clinical therapist for a full-time position at our Severna Park, MD, location.

Clinicians have the option of onsite or hybrid scheduling.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $95,000 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• LCPC, LCSW-C, LMFT licensed in Maryland.
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
• Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
• Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients.
