We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW) for per diem positions in our Antioch, IL location.

Compensation:

• The hourly range for this position is $28.03- $49.95. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, etc.

Requirements:

• Must be fully licensed in IL
• At least one or two years of clinical experience in counseling, diagnosing, and creating treatment plans
• Provide psychotherapy services going into patient homes or telehealth
• Note completion within 48 hours
• Willing to work at least one evening until 7pm
• Experience with children, adolescents, and teens
• Medicare provider experience preferred but not mandatory
• Attend provider meetings and trainings as needed
