We seek licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) for part-time or per diem positions in our Greenwood, Indiana, location.

Clinicians have the option of onsite or hybrid scheduling.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Valid LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Indiana
• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience
• Provide evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Art/Interactive Play Therapy.
• Independent mental health license in Indiana
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
• Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
• Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients
