We seek licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) for full or part-time positions in our Toms River, NJ location.

Clinicians have the option of onsite and hybrid scheduling.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $64,300 to $114,300 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience
• Independent Mental Health License in New Jersey
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
• Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development.
• Self-motivated and independent clinicians can build rapport with clients quickly.

Beneficial Skills and Experience:

• Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
• Experience with children or adolescents.
• Experience with couples or family counseling.
• Experience with health psychology.
