IBH Counseling realizes that the strength of our practice is our exceptional staff. We support our staff in building a culture of values of innovation, professionalism, and healthy work/life balance. We seek a Full-time, In-Person, Medical Support Staff in downtown New Orleans, Louisiana.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, (there may be 1-2 late night shifts until 6:30 pm)

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $16.00 per hour. Pay is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, work experience, and licensure/certifications.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Medical Assistant (preferred)
• Medical experience will be viewed positively.
• Insurance knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients
• Collecting co-pays
• Taking Patient vitals
• Assisting Clinicians On-site
• General administrative duties
• Complete Patient Monitoring Forms
• Spravato Coordinator Back-up
• Scheduling appointments for new and existing patients
• Answering phone calls, checking voicemails for existing patient lines

We provide coordination of care with a multidisciplinary, integrated approach with expertise in psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, and the most up-to-date alternative treatments, such as TMS and Spravato, for treating depression.
