We seek a Psychiatrist to join our team in South Asheville, NC.

Compensation:

• The Salary Range for this position is $255,573 - $372,297 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.

Requirements:

• Licensed Psychiatrist for practice in North Carolina
• Must be Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in North Carolina
• Must obtain the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Registration
• Can commute to the location at least three days each week

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• The candidate will maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (Athena) and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Forming excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinating care with external providers
• Conducts outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provides ongoing medication management
• Participate in enriching the training experience of our graduate students
• Can provide CBT-oriented counseling and psychotherapy as part of appointments, if desired
• Ability to represent the practice in community presentations and lectures, if desired
• Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
