We seek a Full Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Saint Augustine FL

Schedule:

• Hybrid

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $109,513 - $147,146 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.

Requirements:

• Active, clear Florida PMHNP license
• two years of post-licensure experience
• Strong diagnostic and evaluation skills
• Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
• Ability to provide patient education regarding medication treatment adherence and aftercare services.
• Ability to provide psychiatric assessment.
• Experience with health psychology.
• Initiative-taking, ambitious, and can quickly build rapport with clients.
• Ability to counsel patients using advanced psychotherapeutic techniques, including in group settings, if needed
• Experience working with older adults.
• Experience with couples or family counseling.
• Collaborating with patients with chronic medical conditions

Working Conditions: Primary care clinics are dynamic clinical environments. This position requires flexibility with scheduled/non-scheduled activities and interruptions. Individuals in this role will help develop a co-located behavioral health program, remain calm in a crisis, and promote a learning culture with primary care colleagues.
