About Eugene Center for Anxiety and Stress

Eugene Center for Anxiety and Stress is a training-oriented, specialty behavioral health clinic founded in 2019 to bring evidence-based, inclusive, and multiculturally sensitive treatment and assessment services to the Eugene-Springfield community. Our organization was founded on two pillars. First, we are committed to disseminating evidence-based treatments for Anxiety Disorders, OCD, and PTSD and evidence-based, therapeutic assessment services. Secondly, we are explicitly anti-oppression as a core value in our work. We recognize that stress and anxiety do not happen in a vacuum but in the American context, which furthers white, heterosexual, cisgender, thin, and able-bodied ideals that set conditions for reinforcing trauma, shame, and self-blame in addition to perpetuating oppression and discrimination. With these two pillars in mind, we support our diverse clients through direct intervention and assessment services that address both internal and societal factors in their distress.

Eugene Center for Anxiety and Stress is a proud Refresh Mental Health network member. Refresh provides outstanding operational support, infrastructure, and resources to allow clinicians to focus on what they do best—providing exemplary care to clients. This partnership offers additional resources and operational support while maintaining our local identity and leadership.

Eugene Center for Anxiety and Stress is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values a diverse workplace. We are committed to building a team that is inclusive of all people, including those of LGBTQIA+ communities, members of all ethnic groups, people with disabilities and medical conditions, foreign-born residents, and veterans. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status. Refresh is also committed to compliance with all fair employment practices regarding citizenship and immigration status.
